BEFORE SLEEP SCENTED JAR CANDLE - LAVENDER EUCALYPTUS AND CEDAR

Incredible smells that are heavenly, this is one we would light before bed to set the tone for sound sleep. Peaceful scents that fill our senses before bed, have provided a great sleep followed by a positive awakening experience in the morning.

Founder’s note: Personal favourite of mine that I use after a challenging day where I find it particularly tough to switch off. This has positively transformed my mindset and thoughts to one of steadiness and peace when I am constantly repeating the day in my mind and therefore difficult to fall asleep. For me, this goes well with sleep meditation tracks to gear me into a sleepy mindset. Aery’s Before Sleep has also been supportive for nights where I have struggled to stay asleep, to help soothe my mind.

• Fragrance strength - Subtle
• Top notes - Bergamot, Coriander
• Middle notes - Lavender, Jasmine

• When first burning candle allow the wax melt pool to reach the edges
• Burn for a minimum two hours and maximum four hours
• Should you experience clumping on the wick, trim it 15mm
• Avoid short burns as this can lead to tunnelling affect
• Keep out of direct sunlight, as this could lead to discolouring and melting wax
• Ensure there is no debris on candle wax, this could affect the flame and potentially cause smoke
• Tip for colder months: On first burn ensure your candle is warmed, as the cold can affect the burn and the wax may tunnel
